The Role

As the Import and Logistics Administrator, you’ll coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including import/export, transportation, and inventory administration. You’ll be the key point of contact for suppliers, brokers, and transport providers, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and coordinate inbound shipments

- Liaise with suppliers, customs brokers, and transport companies

- Ensure documentation complies with company policy and regulatory requirements

- Provide regular updates on shipments and coordinate deliveries

- Manage freight quotes, disbursements, and customer invoicing

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys solving problems.

Key Skills Required

- Experience in logistics, import/export, or order fulfillment

- SAP and CRM platform experience

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

- Ability to multitask and work autonomously

- Sound judgement and decision‑making capabilities
