**Job Description**:

- Delivery of acceptance targets with a quality and first-time-right approach
- Manage priorities and work assignment with Manager and project staff
- Frequent engagement with the customer and daily/weekly progress reporting towards internal and external stakeholders
- Drive the closure of acceptance defects across different groups
- Drive SAED partners to resolve defects
- Identify recurring issues/defects and propose improvements
- Ensure adherence to acceptance milestones processes, checklists, and executional performance
- Facilitate the development and implementation of network acceptance procedures
- Hold internal quality meetings as necessary to address specific issues and implement improvements through updated processes/documentation
- Update and maintain acceptance process documents and end to end management of acceptance documents
- Manage dependencies in other project areas outside of the acceptance team to achieve acceptance targets.
