QA Specialist

**About the role**

Continuous improvement of the quality of processed food, you will provide technical expertise across product testing, researching, product development and providing effective technical consultancy in relation to product safety, regulatory compliance, specifications and customer satisfaction.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure QA processes and compliance
- Improve product performance according to standards and requirements
- Ensure products are compliant with mandatory standards and regulations
- Manage performance of external product testing facilities
- Communicate any changes in quality compliance requirements and standards

**About You**
- Degree in Food Science or relevant studies
- Technical experience in processed food, baby food, pet food or similar long shelf life products
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing and/or product development
- Knowledge of relevant food safety, regulations, and product label compliance
- Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
