**About the role**:
We're seeking an Enterprise Network & Systems Lead to join our dynamic Technology team and take our network technologies to new heights.

As the Enterprise Network & Systems Lead, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT Network and Systems, providing expert technical expertise across a range of cutting-edge technologies. You'll be leading a small team, and as a Level 3 escalation point, you'll be responsible for solving complex issues and ensuring our systems run smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is end-user centric and able to solve daily technical issues, always putting our users first. Working with the IT team, you'll help deliver capital budget projects and manage tasks assigned by the Head of Technology. You'll be on-call to provide after-hours support and respond to escalated critical incidents, ensuring that our business systems have maximum uptime.

Team Leadership
- Managing a small team of network and system engineers, you'll lead by example and foster a culture of learning and growth. You'll be passionate about coaching and mentoring your team, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
- You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of daily, weekly, and monthly IT business as usual (BAU) requirements. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be invaluable in keeping our IT function running smoothly.

IT Projects and Event Delivery
- Be the technical lead for IT projects, you will design and provide IT solutions across a range of exciting events held across the precinct, including the Australian Open.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the precinct technology capabilities and support the development of improvements for the future.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our staff, tenants, suppliers, promoters, and hirers.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**

Essential
- Information Technology degree.
- Industry-recognized certification in the technical competencies relevant for this role, including but not limited to: Cisco CCNP certification, VMware Certified Professional, and Microsoft Technical Professional.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco network switching and routing within a complex corporate environment, and experience designing and/or supporting intent-based networking with Cisco DNA.
- Proven experience working in complex technology-based projects, particularly within environments involving Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco VSS, VRF & OSPF routing.
- Skilled in installing, configuring, deploying, and managing Windows Servers, Active Directory Domains, Group policies, Office 365, SSO, File and Print, DHCP & DNS services.
- Skills and experience with the applicable Microsoft technologies that support Modern Workplace Management.
- Hands-on technical L3 background supporting & troubleshooting servers, VMware virtualisation, cloud, storage/backups, mobility & networking.
- Good understanding of ITIL and Incident, Request, and Change Management processes and tools.
- Team-oriented, self-sufficient, flexible with hours, participate in the on-call roster and respond to high severity escalations and can take ownership, plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks through to completion.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Desired- ITIL Foundations qualification desirable.
- Previous experience with Essential Eight and ISM.
- Experience with solutions across Zero Trust pillars.
