In the role of **Associate, Contract Governance**, you will join our **Business and Private Banking**team** that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Provide advice to our product teams on contract management lead times required to meet deadlines
- Be a key contact to provide guidance and support on any stage of the end-to-end supplier lifecycle process for our large portfolio of suppliers
- Proactively work within the Suppliers and Partners team to support the development, administration and reporting of contracts, supplier performance, supplier risks, and supply activity in accordance with NAB's policies and procedures as well as ensure both parties are meeting contract obligations
- Prepare submissions for approval and help facilitate seamless approval and execution of contracts
- Assist and support other team members (when required) on processing purchase requisition and invoice payments.

- Experience in managing multiple contracts and associated governance tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Be highly organised and be able to juggle competing priorities with calm, confidence and precision
- Understanding of end-to-end supplier management processes
- Communicate clearly and proactively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver right outcomes
- 3+ years’ experience in managing external third parties within a business, procurement or support team
- Payments industry experience, knowledge of Ariba and APRA prudential standards preferred.
