BTP is looking for a **Marketing and Communications Specialist **based at our Head office in **Hazelmere **with flexible working options. If you are interested in working within a friendly, supportive and close-knit team, this could be the job for you

The successful individual will develop and implement marketing programs in support of Perenti’s Mining Services Division, to create and execute marketing strategies aligned to core business plans and objectives. There will be a particular focus on growing brand awareness, producing collateral marketing material and contributing to the continuous improvement of marketing activities.

BTP has a focussed, aligned and motivated leadership team and is one of Australia’s largest suppliers of new and used parts and equipment for hire and sale. This role reports directly to the HR & HSE Manager and is mentored by senior marketing professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with divisional objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule content for social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging brand presence.
- Create and execute campaigns that promote brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead generation.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media posts and paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce required assets and materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing collateral and channels.
- Mentor junior marketing professionals

**About You**
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business or Marketing or strong equivalent experience in a B2B Marketing or Product Management role
- Demonstrated digital, social media and content marketing experience
- Ability to produce effective briefs for the delivery of creative and branded content in line with standards
- High level of B2B marketing competence in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, campaigns and customer value propositions
- Familiarity with digital tools, basic design and media skills viewed favourably
- Knowledge of or interest in mining equipment, mechanical fitting and heavy mechanical equipment viewed favourably
- Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices
- Ability to partner, engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective and accurate budget planning, management and reporting
