**Responsibilities**:
**Problem Resolution**: Liaise with customers and principal's, provide solutions, and coordinate with our expert technicians for efficient resolution.

**Order Processing**: Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery of services.

**Maintain Customer Database**: Update customer information, service history, and interactions in our CRM system for effective customer relationship management.

**Handle Complaints**: Address customer complaints with empathy and strive to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

**Requirements**:Applicants in eastern suburbs preffered.

**Customer-Centric Attitude**: A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.

**Empathy and Patience**: Show empathy towards customers' concerns and exercise patience during challenging situations.

**Computer Proficiency**: Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.

**Previous Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or related field is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
