Exciting opportunity to join our nbn ODM team, coordinating and managing scheduling activities associated with Relocations work.
About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our ODM team. Reporting directly to the Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple concurrent design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating design and construction activities
- Managing communications and reporting
- Project scheduling and programming
- Provide regular highlight reporting to management detailing project status
- Liaise with team members to ensure successful delivery and implementation
- Monitor nbn publications to identify and notify management of changes to guidelines
- Provide a professional single point of contact for project customers and businesses
- Manage competing priorities within a constantly changing and dynamic environment

Skills and Experience
- Previous working experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Engineer
- Experience in Telecommunications or related field services roles is essential
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus
