Join our small and dynamic team to play a vital role in managing the defect and change process to transform CX and colleague experiences that supports the strategic priorities of DIA & IAG.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the changing needs of their business to effectively prioritise defects and small / large change. Manage the end-to-end initiative design for the Enterprise Platform Ecosystem for DIA, ensuring all required governance processes and controls are applied.

We are open for this role to be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 8+ years’ experience in a complex, large-scale insurer or financial services organisation
- 5+ years people leader experience
- Ability to work in a cross functional model across the Australian Division and the broader IAG Group
- Experience leading projects collaboratively across multiple business units
- Proven track record of initiative band change delivery
- Structured problem-solving capability and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate sessions and to challenge ideas constructively.
- Highly developed stakeholder management and engagement capabilities
- Ability to lead teams of people through significant workloads.
- Create environments where accountable and respectful teams thrive and deliver outstanding results
- Knowledge of PCBC would be desirable
