**ABOUT US**
We are an automotive mechanical repair workshop located in Rosebery close to public transport (Green Square Station) looking for someone to join our friendly team to help support our mechanical repair workshop. We offer flexible working hours, this role can be either full time or part time,
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will be working closely with our team of 3 mechanics in the workshop to help out with the day to day office duties.
**Key responsibilities**:
- answering and directing telephone calls and relaying messages
- greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- organising couriers and handling deliveries and all mail related duties
- assist with expense receipts and monthly billing
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $46,460.00 - $67,803.75 per year
