Whether you’re based in Stanthorpe or Warwick, you’ll work from welcoming, well-equipped hubs — complete with ample staff parking, a modern workspace, and a fleet of vehicles. You’ll even be provided a work phone, so you can focus on what really matters: caring for others.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a valued **Home Care Worker**, you’ll deliver person-centred support to clients across **Warwick, Stanthorpe, Allora, Crows Nest**, and surrounding areas by:

- Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light domestic tasks, shopping, and meal prep
- Providing transport to appointments and local outings
- Encouraging independence, dignity, and quality of life

**What We’re Looking For**:
You’re someone who’s passionate about supporting others and making a genuine difference in their daily lives. You value kindness, community, and connection — and you're looking for a role where you’re supported to thrive.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- A **Certificate III in Individual Support** (or working towards it)
- A **Medication Competency**, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of your employment
- A valid **First Aid and CPR Certificate**, or willingness to obtain
- A current **Police Check**, or willingness to obtain
- A current **Driver’s Licence** (you’ll use one of our fleet vehicles - not your own)
