Whether you’re based in Stanthorpe or Warwick, you’ll work from welcoming, well-equipped hubs — complete with ample staff parking, a modern workspace, and a fleet of vehicles. You’ll even be provided a work phone, so you can focus on what really matters: caring for others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a valued Home Care Worker, you’ll deliver person‑centred support to clients across Warwick, Stanthorpe, Allora, Crows Nest, and surrounding areas by:

- Offering friendly companionship and emotional support

- Assisting with light domestic tasks, shopping, and meal prep

- Providing transport to appointments and local outings

- Encouraging independence, dignity, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For:

You’re someone who’s passionate about supporting others and making a genuine difference in their daily lives. You value kindness, community, and connection — and you're looking for a role where you’re supported to thrive.

Ideally, you will have:

- A Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards it)

- A Medication Competency, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of your employment

- A First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain

- A Police Check, or willingness to obtain

- A Driver’s Licence (you’ll use one of our fleet vehicles – not your own)
