At Churches of Christ Home Care, we're on the lookout for compassionate, reliable, and community-minded individuals to join our growing team. If you're someone who finds purpose in helping others maintain their independence and live well in their own homes, we'll provide the tools, training, and support to set you up for success.

Whether you're based in Stanthorpe or Warwick, you'll work from welcoming, well-equipped hubs — complete with ample staff parking, a modern workspace, and a fleet of vehicles. You'll even be provided a work phone, so you can focus on what really matters: caring for others.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a valued Home Care Worker, you'll deliver person-centred support to clients across Warwick, Stanthorpe, Allora, Crows Nest, and surrounding areas by:

  • Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with light domestic tasks, shopping, and meal prep
  • Providing transport to appointments and local outings
  • Encouraging independence, dignity, and quality of life
What We're Looking For:

You're someone who's passionate about supporting others and making a genuine difference in their daily lives. You value kindness, community, and connection — and you're looking for a role where you're supported to thrive.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards it)
  • A Medication Competency, or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of your employment
  • A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain
  • A current Police Check, or willingness to obtain
  • A current Driver's Licence (you'll use one of our fleet vehicles – not your own)
