The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) is looking to fill several vacancies of **Test Analyst (APS4)** in various teams across the branch that support the dissemination of data through various Digital Services. These statistics are used by both governments and the private sector for a range of policy formulation and planning.

**About the roles**

**_1. T_**_est Analyst - Digital Experience (Canberra or Adelaide)_**

Responsibilities depending on the role may include:

- Develop and manage tests and testing plans using a tool such as JIRA
- Undertake testing of digital products in the areas of compatibility and accessibility using a variety of tools
- Test, review, and communicate results to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical
- Identify and evaluate defects and escalate for resolution
- Contribute to a team for high performance

**_ 2. Test Analyst - Microdata Resources Section (Canberra)_**

Responsibilities depending on the role may include:

- Support, test, and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of TableBuilder and supporting systems
- Stay informed about emerging technology and trends to inform system improvements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for system optimization
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with data custodians, vendors, and technical experts
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users to address any system related issues
