2 x roles available - Test Lead + Test Analyst for a new project team rolling out a number of MS Dynamics 365 implementation activities.

**Key Responsibilities...**
- Support the testing capability with a particular focus on the Service Modernisation project.
- Work as an active member of an agile development team to deliver fit for purpose business outcomes.
- Ensure test standards are adhered to across all changes / releases
- Monitor and report on testing progress and make recommendations on sign-off of the release.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and other internal resources on implementation of test plans.
- Support and provide inputs to data migration, integration and regression testing in the capacity of testing
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of standardised test artefacts
- Facilitate workshops and participate in project meetings

Test Lead
- Lead activities to review, recommend and implement the test plan, including a focus on coordinating/managing UAT with the business stakeholders and external customers.
- Manage the Test Strategy
- Lead and manage test analysts

**Key Skills and Experience...**
- 3+ years' experience for the Test Analyst role
- 5+ years' experience for the Test Lead role
- Demonstrated experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience using and implementing test automation tools and practices
- Experience testing user interfaces and APIs
- Experience managing UAT with business stakeholders and external customers
- Experience supporting digital transformation projects, preferably in Dynamics365 highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience working in (or leading and managing) small teams, particularly in a fast-paced agile delivery environment
