**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as our Sustainability Consultant for our Energy & Sustainability services. You will assist with the delivery of ratings and certification, working with both internal and external stakeholders.

We have been experiencing significant growth in demand for sustainability services, driven by increasing sustainability aspirations from investors and occupiers, including net zero targets. This role will be based in JLL’s corporate office in either Melbourne or Brisbane CBD

**What this role involves**:
Prepare high-quality, clear, compelling summaries, reports, and/or presentations of analyses, and support project teams in delivering results, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Assisting with the delivery of ratings and certifications
Presenting and leading workshops for both clients and internal stakeholders
Represent and advocate for JLL on industry consultation, working groups and membership bodies as it relates to sustainability design, ratings, and certification
Build pipeline of business development opportunities to reach sustainability consulting overall revenue targets

Bachelor of Engineering, Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability or associated disciplines
At least 4 years of sustainability consulting experience. Prior experience delivering sustainable real estate projects will be an added advantage.
Prior experience conducting and/or supporting the delivery of rating (e.g. Green Star, LEED, NABERS ratings) will be an added advantage
Passionate in developing solutions for a low carbon, sustainable built environment.
Enthusiastic and proactive in seeking opportunities to support our clients in tackling the climate crisis, and driven to positively impact on our clients, their stakeholders and environment.
Exceptional verbal and written ability to succinctly present technical information by simplifying them into useful insights that can be understood and actionable by all levels of the business. to a diverse range of audience.
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
