**The Opportunity**:
As a Consultant supporting sustainability advisory services, you will benefit from the direct support of our Urbis Sustainability team of passionate problem solvers, sought out by private and public sector clients for our technical and strategic approach to their organisation challenges and city-shaping sustainable projects.

The Urbis Sustainability team operates at the intersection of energy, economics, design, planning, policy and commerce to assist clients through sustainability, net zero and circular economy solutions. We provide strategic advisory and technical consultancy on diverse engagements - ranging from net zero pathways, decarbonisation strategies, portfolio management, asset decarbonisation, policy recommendations, sustainability strategies, and energy transition advisory.

**You will be**:
Involved in meaningful and high impact project work supporting at global, national, industry, state, precinct, portfolio and building levels.

**Assisting in the sustainability and energy transition of Australia by**
- Supporting our Sustainability, Energy and Net Zero Decarbonisation teams
- Developing your client relationship building skills, engaging directly with clients
- Expanding your knowledge by informing analysis, design, and delivery of sustainable solutions
- Supporting client engagements and deliverables, including client meetings, team and client management
- Drawing upon the support of integrated technical capabilities of our national and international offices

**Are you?**
- Highly curious with a growth mindset and proactive approach to problem solving?
- Experienced in understanding different types of data, metrics and benchmarking with strong proficiency in spreadsheeting?
- Qualified in Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, Architecture, or Environmental Science related programs?
- Able to demonstrate knowledge skills and experience levels typical of at least of 2+ years' experience (or the equivalent advanced studies and competencies combined)?

We welcome diverse experience, capabilities, and sustainability backgrounds such as sustainability, decarbonisation, energy, ESG, ESD reports, energy economics, sustainable infrastructure, or environmental science experience.

**We also look for these (as highly desirable)**:

- Skills in energy, carbon or emissions modelling, thermal assessments or future scenario modelling
- Confidence in data management, modelling tools, and clear communication of complex data through written, visual and verbal formats
- Experience in synthesising research and delivering strategic, high-quality outputs
- Solid foundational understanding of sustainability, decarbonisation, and climate policy across sectors
- Future-focused passion for the energy transition, technological advancements, and sustainable innovation.
