Our client, a prominent global real estate services firm, is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Sustainability Strategy Consultant to join their team. As a Sustainability Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful environmental initiatives and shaping sustainable practices across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
**Provide Expert Guidance to Project Managers**:

- Collaborate with project managers to incorporate sustainability principles and best practices into real estate development projects.
- Advise on sustainable design strategies, energy efficiency measures, and renewable energy solutions to reduce environmental impact.

**Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:

- Engage with clients to understand their sustainability goals and objectives.
- Develop tailored sustainability strategies and action plans to meet client requirements and enhance project sustainability performance.

**Conduct Environmental Assessments**:

- Conduct thorough environmental assessments and audits to identify opportunities for resource efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint reduction.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to optimize sustainability performance during project lifecycles.

**Collaborate with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure sustainability requirements are understood and implemented.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote sustainability awareness and knowledge sharing among project stakeholders.

**Monitor and Report on Sustainability Progress**:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sustainability metrics to monitor project and client performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate sustainability achievements, progress, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sustainability Consultant, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- **Deep Knowledge**: Strong understanding of sustainability principles, green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.), and environmental assessment methodologies.
- **Project Management Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, manage client relationships, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing sustainability data, conducting assessments, and reporting on sustainability performance.
