**About The Role**

As the Leasing / Property Officer your key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Schedule appointments and inspections
- Assist with lease renewals
- Assist with routine inspections
- Assist with ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Prepare accurate reports with photographs
- Conduct open homes
- Communicating with possible tenants
- Organise keys handovers
- Promptly respond to enquiries
- Assisting with advertising and marketing of properties
- Arrange for sign to be erected and removed
- Send Approval and bond instructions to tenants

**The Person**
- Previous realestate expierence
- Must hold a valid NSW Real Estate License and car
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration is a MUST
- Impeccable Presentation
- Responsible & Reliable
- Punctual and good with time management
- Work well under pressure
- Be available every Saturday
