**The Role**

The Commercial Brand Sourcing Specialist works alongside the Commercial Brand Sourcing Manager to take ensure the growth, the development and management of the Pinnacle exclusive brands Portfolio for EDG across [Imported wine] and to drive sales, gross profit and penetration of the Pinnacle exclusive brand portfolio within the Endeavour Retail Brands, Dan Murphys and BWS but also in other internal channels such as Jimmy Brings, Shorty’s, Marketplace, and external partners such as Oatley as a support to the EDG export team. The role is customer-focus and data-centric led.

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Ensure best-in-class partnership with key strategic domestic and international vendors
- Secure Pinnacle full brand exclusivity for the Australian territory but also eventually for other markets, optimally for a long term period (min. 36 months)
- Identify emerging new leading brands and product
- Maximise sales and profit through product sourcing and portfolio management
- Drive prioritised New Product Development launches (NPD) as outlined in the different category reviews and as agreed with the imported wines Category Buyers and Pinnacle Business Managers (buying)
- Work closely with Pinnacle Senior Brand Manager to develop effective marketing and brand building plans for the exclusive brands including launches, brand refreshes, new brand development, etc...
- Recommend new products and new commercial brands and drive innovation based on an in-depth understanding of market trends both within Australia and overseas
- Working closely with the Pinnacle, Dan Murphy's and BWS teams you will assist in facilitating commercial relationships with the Pinnacle supplier base, whilst delivering the core Pinnacle and Dan Murphy’s business development priorities. The role will provide the strategy and execution that drive continuous improvement and sustainable growth for both Pinnacle, Dan Murphy’s and BWS. Build up an intimate understanding of the supplier and cost base, portfolio and customer trends.
- Participate in the ED Review Schedule, Identify product range, annual volumes, and packaging in conjunction with the appropriate business teams to ensure Endeavour has a competitive value for money Exclusive Label range

**About You**
- Degree in Marketing / Business or similar
- Team leadership or People Management experience
- 7+ years retail buying experience
- Extended Global sourcing experience
- Intermediate MS Office experience
- Excellent knowledge of merchandising
- Strong Business Acumen
- Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
- Marketing degree
- Retail/FMCG experience
