**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Functional Responsibilities**:

- Produce a daily plan to achieve the MPS numbers and support the business SL through maintaining stock policy, controlling SLOB cost, and balanced operational costs and yield.
- Weekly Capacity Planning
- Communication of Forecast Accuracy issues with Supply Planner
- Communication on requests for information from Sales
- Meat and dry goods availability analyses constraints for daily plan
- Extensive reporting and weekly orders and updates
- Collaborate with production supervisors, managers and supply planners.
- Identify potential short-term risks with a focus on process improvement and risk mitigation.

**Skills/Competencies**:

- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting
- Experience in process improvement and change management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Communicator with excellent listening and interaction skills
- Experience managing successful teams
- Quality focus
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Structured and logical methodology
- Attention to detail and accuracy - essential
- Ability to work well under multiply deadlines and pressure
- Excellent analytical ability with skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
- The ability to prioritise tasks and be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously; and the ability to interface with all levels of management

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
