**Lead change for a major platform software rollout - 12 month contract**

- We’re seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead the change strategy for a new facilities management software rollout. You’ll drive employee adoption, support project delivery, and ensure a smooth transition across impacted teams. Working closely with project and facilities stakeholders, you’ll help embed new ways of working and deliver measurable outcomes.

**Here's what you'll focus on**:

- Develop and execute change management plans aligned with project goals
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
- Create and maintain change documentation including strategies, communications, and training materials
- Deliver clear, engaging communications to support stakeholder buy-in
- Identify training needs and coordinate delivery of tailored programs
- Assess organisational readiness and monitor adoption rates
- Measure success and report on change outcomes to leadership

**Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;**
- Degree qualified with Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci) highly desirable
- Proven experience in change management or organisational development
- Strong understanding of change methodologies and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience and ability to work both independently and in teams
- Knowledge of property or facilities management principles is highly desirable
