**Your new role**:
In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration across alliance member agencies to develop and deliver on the HMA Alliance Action Plan, aligned with the DFFH Strategic Plan.

Reporting to the Manager Family Services and Orange Door, you will co-design projects with alliance members, incorporating client voice and ensuring timely reporting to DFFH. You’ll maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including high-level managers and cross-sector partners. Additionally, you’ll represent the alliance at statewide meetings and share key updates to support continuous improvement and alignment.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications at a Bachelor or master’s level in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is essential
- Current Driver’s License
- Demonstrated relevant knowledge and experience in community development, social services, early years child and family welfare or equivalent.
- Experience in the co-design, implementation, and evaluation of service co-ordination improvement projects.
- Understanding of the requirements of the development, implementation and evaluation in child and family welfare partnership models
- Ability to problem solve and effectively give and receive feedback.
- Strong literacy skills, proficiency in use of computer, with ability to learn relevant systems.
