Red Tomato is now looking for a full-time Client Engagement Manager to join our growing team based in the Castle Hill/Norwest area.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Generate qualified leads for promotional marketing opportunities
- Secure meetings with prospective clients
- Secure agreements for rates and contracts for merchandise services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly activity targets (calls & appointments)
- Grow our client base by securing new business
- Become an industry specialist and market influencer through sustained client acquisition and relationship building

**What You’ll Bring**:

- MUST HAVE: Outbound prospecting/cold-calling experience in client-facing Business-to-Business Sales, preferably in the Marketing/Corporate sector.
- Experience selling to Marketers, Managers and Executives
- Familiarity with engaging professionals through LinkedIn/social media
- Experience working with diverse companies and interacting with senior professionals
- Strong goal-orientation, ability to work towards activity/sales targets, and a drive to succeed
- Experience in the promotional marketing sector is a plus, but not required
