An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and motivated Payroll Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will have a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Processing high volume payroll transactions including pay runs, calculations, and timesheet award interpretations
- Providing accurate and responsible advice on payroll matters and entitlements
- Preparing and reconciling General Ledger and monthly journals
- Preparing calculations including terminations, long service leave and employee contracts
- Engaging with stakeholders to achieve successful resolution of problems and queries
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum 4-6 years of payroll experience from a corporate environment. It is important that you have worked with the payroll system Micropay and have strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Excel and Word. Having experience with end to end payroll within all Australian states with exposure to high volume processing will be highly desirable.
