We are looking for a part time Payroll & Administrator Officer who will be responsible for running the timely, accurate and relevant processing and recording of weekly payroll for a workforce of 65 employees. This role will be responsible for the completion of weekly EBA payroll and reconcile weekly third-party labour hire hours. In addition to this role there are key administration duties to support the site.
Role Responsibilities:
- Process weekly EBA payroll in a timely and accurate manner ensuring compliance with the EBA and legislative requirements- Maintain and update Time and Attendance system (Kronos)- Maintenance of payroll master file data including cost centres- Ensuring accuracy of Timesheet data- Liaise with managers on staff changes and ensure the accuracy of payroll- Ensure compliance of current payroll/taxation regulations.- Produce timely and accurate reports as required- Record, maintain and update payroll procedures- Respond to staff payroll queries- Complete necessary payroll analysis reports such as casual, overtime & absenteeism- Key site contact for payroll process queries- Highlight trends and opportunities to management- Process purchase orders for all areas in a timely accurate manner- Key site contact for accounts payable queries, investigation and resolution- Provide administration support to site
Does this sound like You- Payroll processing experience- Experience interpreting EBA’s and awards (preferred)- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience- Experience using Kronos, SAP or Coupa (preferred)- High level verbal and written communication skills
