**Your Impact**:
As a Manufacturing Coordinator at our Welshpool, WA site, you’ll lead daily operations across our packaging lines to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality products. You’ll drive improvements across safety, quality, cost, and performance, while supporting your team through coaching, development, and structured problem-solving. This is a key frontline leadership role where your impact will be seen in both people and plant performance.
**This is a day shift role operating Monday-Friday.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute the daily production plan while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance to internal and external standards
- Identify and implement corrective actions, driving continuous improvement across line performance and product quality
- Monitor and control labour, material usage, and overhead costs to ensure financial targets are met
- Optimise plant productivity through effective staffing, planning, and asset reliability activities
- Lead, coach, and develop your team, embedding performance goals, development plans, and succession strategies
- Champion a strong safety culture and environmental responsibility, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance
**About You**:
You’re a people-first leader with a strong background in manufacturing or production across with a compliance driven, fast paced environment such as FMCG, Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical, and you know how to balance hands-on operational needs with a drive for continuous improvement.
You’ll also bring:
- A collaborative leadership style with experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams
- A strategic mindset and strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
- Proven success in cost control, performance optimisation, and change implementation
- Confidence in managing compliance across safety, food quality, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with well-developed planning and communication skills
