We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Coordinator. Based at our Welshpool facility, you will drive high performance empowered and engaged level 1 teams of Production Lines to meet established Supply Chain objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

***
- Responsible for execution and adherence of the production plan
- Ensure that the packaging process is controlled such that all quality standards are maintained
- Manage Compliance Activities (HACCP, ISO9001, GMP, Internal & External Requirements
- Influence production variances & ensure standards are met
- Ensure Labour (Direct & Indirect) Costs are in line with budget
- Optimise and Improve productivity of assets by managing short/medium term reliability activity

**About you**
- Prior experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing environment
- Degree or Trade qualifications, with strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safe Operating Procedures and HACCP principles
- Strong leadership capability with experience leading a team of trades.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders
