**The Opportunity**
This role is to assist our Marketing & Communications Manager, using your marketing skills to develop, coordinate and execute marketing strategies, activities and initiatives for the various BGC Building Product Group brands.

This exciting opportunity is a full-time permanent position, based in Jandakot, Monday to Friday with flexible working arrangements.

**Your role will include**:

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic and commercially focused growth marketing strategies;
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and assisting with providing marketing advice as required;
- Assist with implementation of various marketing plans and digital marketing campaigns;
- Assist with the development of communication initiatives to enhance and promote business reputation through social and digital channels;
- Prepare marketing reports as well as organisation and filing of marketing material;
- Coordinate photo and video shoots;
- Work with our sales team to develop relevant collateral
- Assist and maintain a communications strategy for client and partner channels.

**What we’ll love about you**
- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications or relevant experience in a similar role;
- Strong digital and reporting analysis skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, SEO, pay-per-click vs organic)
- Working knowledge of WordPressand social media scheduling platforms;
- Knowledge of traditional, digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, running competitions to increase followers; Working knowledge in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite;
- Shopify experience
- Events management capability
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
