SkyCity Adelaide is currently looking for experienced Capability Consultant to join our People & Culture team on an 18-month fixed term engagement to help support a multi-year business wide transformation program.

**_ About the role_**

Reporting into the Culture Transformation Lead, this role is responsible for designing, developing, and introducing a Capability Framework for the Adelaide site to enhance workforce skills and organisational effectiveness and support the business to adopt a capability framework and learning culture.

**_ About you_**

You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience), coupled with prior experience in capability development, workforce planning or learning and development, preferably within highly regulated environments. Your prior experience working in a matrix organisation will be coupled with the ability to synthesise complex information and analyse talent gaps and propose solutions. You will possess excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities, along with familiarity of digital learning platforms and coaching methodologies. Your proven ability to drive organisational change and embed a learning culture will be coupled with your certifications in coaching, training or change management. Working in the People & Culture function, you will also possess the below strengths:

- High attention to detail as well exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Approachable, personable and can build rapport easily with a diverse range of people at all levels.
- A willingness to aid and support with a sense of urgency, including the ability to prioritise.
- The ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- The ability to flex and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
