We are currently looking for an experienced and team-oriented Service Planner to join our Tomago branch. In this role, your primary responsibility will be coordinating and scheduling customer requirements for a team of field service mechanics. This Monday to Friday role, with 8-hour workdays, offers you the opportunity to showcase your exceptional organisational skills, which will be crucial in optimising resource allocation and minimising machine downtime. Working closely with the field service team, you will play a pivotal role in planning their daily schedules, considering factors such as task urgency, location, and technician expertise. As the main point of contact for customers, you will provide timely information, resolve enquiries, and efficiently schedule appointments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience. Your meticulous attention to detail and effective resource management will be key in optimising scheduling, prioritising tasks, and minimising disruptions, leading to streamlined service operations. By maintaining smooth workflows and implementing efficient processes, you will significantly contribute to the flawless execution of service operations, driving overall success and customer satisfaction.
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in a similar role, coordinating field service activities (desirable).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling incoming phone calls from customers, providing information and assistance.
- Managing work orders, opening, and closing them, and maintaining accurate records.
- Scheduling field service work and planning technicians' daily schedules.
- Gatekeeping CVA services and booking machines in for services.
- Serving as the direct point of contact for customers requesting machine services.
- Monitoring service progress and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with supervisors and field service teams for effective resource allocation.
- Upholding a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
