RPS has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Town Planner to join our Brisbane team based in Fortitude Valley on a permanent full-time basis.

Our Southern Queensland planning team is the largest within RPS nationally and is involved with a range of complex projects across Queensland and further afield. We’re looking for someone looking to challenge themselves to find solutions and work collaboratively within a diverse team.

**Your Impact**

You will also have a focus on assisting with the day-to-day running of planning project work under mínimal supervision, including but not limited to:

- Reviewing the development potential of sites and providing due diligence advice;
- Liaising with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities regarding development and planning issues;
- Assisting with other allied planning services including: strategic advice, policy review, project coordination and allied approvals; and
- Assisting clients to implement approval outcomes.

**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor of Planning or equivalent planning qualifications as recognised by the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA).
- Demonstrated minimum of 2 years post qualified experience (private sector preferred).
- Demonstrated understanding of the Queensland planning system.
- Current drivers licence required
