**About the role**

The Service Management Process Analyst contributes to the coordination, support and analysis of service management processes across the Department. Working closely with Service Management Process Owner(s), the role provides excellent customer service and suggests continuous service improvements.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V4 certification.
- Min 5 years’ experience working in a Service Management role across Service Request, Incident and Problem Management practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

- Excellent fact and information gathering capabilities supporting problem solving skills with lateral thinking and the ability to effectively work on multiple activities at one time.
