**Building Services Manager, Murdoch**

**About The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-driven individual to join the Aegis Health team as the Building Services Manager for our Murdoch Square development comprising an integrated Day Hospital, Medihotel, mental health services, GP / urgent care centre and Aged Care Facility in Murdoch on a Permanent Full-time basis.

Reporting to the Aegis Group Executive Manager Facility Services and the CEO, your key responsibilities are:

- Act as a management resource and provide expert professional advice on maintenance related matters involving the Murdoch operations.
- Provide support, direction, and advice to maintenance staff to be recruited in relation to the provision of high-quality maintenance services.
- Evaluate options, maximise efficiency, and implement effective systems for the delivery of maintenance services.
- Assist with customer queries by liaising with the Facility Services team members, Facility staff and external suppliers to provide accurate status updates and information.
- Transfer your knowledge in training the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accreditation compliance achieved.

**About You**
- Recognised trade qualifications and/or considerable experience across maintenance related services, logistic management for a large organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor quality assurance systems in line with regulatory requirements.
- Significant attention to detail skills and high-capacity problem solving skills.
- Sound level of computing skills.
- Sound written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prepare reports.
- A commitment to excellent customer service - both internal and external customers, including the ability to develop Client relationships.
- Be able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment and autonomously.
- Have knowledge of maintenance procedures and repairs.
- Leadership skills to solicit the most out of a dedicated team.
