Company DescriptionThe roleKey Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the coordination, operation and execution of various events including venue set up, food and beverage service, impeccable guest service and staff management
  • Liaising, coordinating, and cooperating with Event Organisers to ensure the seamless operation of functions
  • Liaise efficiently and effectively with other departments in particular kitchens, Events Planning and Event Sales
  • Conducting pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
