**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships
- Identify and create new business opportunities
- Manage contracts to provide services & manage sub contacting arrangements
- Establish, maintain, and monitor quality customer service practices
- Develop, implement, and monitor retail sales and marketing strategy
- Effectively manage the cost of goods and/or food within the workplace
- Manage finances within a budget
- Effectively utilise Compass systems to maintain efficient operations
- Lead and manage an effective team
- Recruit, induct staff and train and develop employees
- Develop and update legal/regulatory knowledge required for business compliance
- Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace
- Promote and maintain our safety culture and establish and maintain safe food practices
- Establish and maintain an environmentally sustainable workplace

**About you**
- We’ll expect you to bring a variety of hospitality experiences along with an entrepreneur spirit
- You’ll have a quality, detail minded eye to deliver consistent, exceptional experiences with a strong focus on people, product and offering to ensure we exceed our client’s expectations
- You’ll be hands-on, engaging and bring a collaborative leadership style that will enable you to develop and support our energetic team to deliver exceptional experiences
- You’ll be passionate about high standards of delivery and levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- You’ll bring a thorough understanding of the operational ‘nuts and bolts’ that pertain to a successful business as well as the ability to accurately identify areas of improvement
- Business or Degree qualifications desirable
- Contract management experience preferred
