An exciting, high profile role has become available in one of our most prestigious accounts with Corrs Chambers Westgarth law firm. Located above the clouds on level 38 in the brand new QQT building in Sydney CBD, sits a stunningly fresh and sleek venue incorporating a café, private dining rooms and executive boardrooms. Restaurant Associates prides itself on providing food and service at the highest level, bringing the fine dining experience of the worlds best restaurants into our clients spaces. This role is perfect for a career focussed restaurant manager looking for work/life balance and the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to drive operational excellence.

This role offers a Monday to Friday roster, a generous salary package, the support of a National Operations team and the autonomy to allow you to be you and shine.

**Key Duties**
- Client management, event planning and operational set up to deliver successful functions
- Mentoring and growing your team
- Conduct regular site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, ensuring operation meets Compass Group standards
- Work co-operatively with the operations and kitchen teams daily, provide strong leadership and guidance
- Consistently re-evaluate working practices in terms of efficiency, innovation and cost cutting procedures and seek out and implement new practices where required
- Invest in relationships with industry peers and colleagues to ensure best practice methods are applied and the team is up to date with industry/global trends

**The Person**
- Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
- A Foodie at heart
