**_Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events and corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences._**

As the newly appointed **Hospitality Services and Events Manager** for this corporate partnership, you will be responsible for leading & supporting the mobilisation of this new site. As an experienced hospitality professional, you will be accountable for creating amazing customer experiences and developing positive relationships with our client stakeholders. To be successful in this role you will have the ability to coach teams, deliver amazing service and create an environment in which customers are able to experience the full Restaurant Associates experience.

- Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
- Provide exceptional leadership to get the best out of every team member by listening, coaching, supporting and developing them to optimise their performance.
- Effectively oversee operations to ensure that they're performing to the highest brand standards and that there is a constant focus on innovation and development
- Commercial performance including adherence to budgets, proactive management of operational costs, management of safety outcomes and improved employee capability and engagement

- Strong and effective leadership skills as well as the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage, and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- A positive, supportive and ambitious leader style, with experience in carrying out personal development plans, staff training sessions and appraisals
- Strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a sustainable & profitable business
