**Your opportunity**

The parking experience is often the initial and final impression for customers and retailers visiting our Westfield Living Centres.

As the **Car Park Supervisor** at **Westfield Mt Gravatt**, you will directly report to the Services Manager and play a pivotal leadership role. Your main focus will be on ensuring efficient management of the car park operations, encompassing physical, personnel, procedural, and commercial aspects. This position is a 6-month contract position.

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Lead, coach, and develop the parking team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement improvements for the parking experience.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while maintaining overall operational awareness.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights that drive future enhancements.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained within the car park, partnering with relevant teams.
- Work with the Centre Risk and Security Manager to manage Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S), including reviewing and updating WH&S documentation such as the WH&S Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, and Peak Traffic Flow Plan.

These responsibilities are crucial for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of the car park.
