Responsibilities
  • Operate car parks on site to ensure efficient operation and provide a great customer experience to a large number of customers daily.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner and support a positive parking experience.
  • Report to the Car Park Manager and work as part of a team to meet operational goals.
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centres, or other customer service industries).
  • Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills.
  • Experience working in a busy environment and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Valet experience is preferred, but not essential.

Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.

In addition to standard Award Employment Conditions, you will receive uniforms, appropriate training and free parking when working.
