We are a growing **mobile repair business** seeking a motivated and organised **Scheduling & Sales Coordinator** to join our Sydney team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love speaking with customers, and can keep technicians moving smoothly, this role is for you
**What you’ll do**
- Provide and follow up on **quotes for repairs** (training provided).
- **Convert enquiries into booked jobs** through great communication and service.
- **Schedule technicians** efficiently, ensuring jobs are allocated correctly.
- Liaise with the field team to keep workflows running smoothly.
- **Problem-solve and create solutions** when challenges arise, ensuring customers and technicians are supported.
- Deliver a high standard of **customer service**, building trust and repeat business.
**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in **sales and/or customer service** (essential).
- Previous exposure to a **mobile service business** (essential).
- **ServiceM8 software experience** (must-have).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work **autonomously once trained**.
- A positive communicator who can juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- A natural **problem solver** who can think quickly and provide practical solutions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
