**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence across our two brands - Beta Tools Australia and UNIPAC Engineering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance, as well as social media analytics, and build marketing reports to inform and refine future strategies.
- Oversee and guide social media content creation, ensuring all posts, stories, and videos align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Manage and update content for both our e-commerce site and corporate information website.
- Work closely with the broader team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar marketing or social media role.
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

**Salary**:$52,000 - $65,000 (including superannuation), depending on experience.
