**About the role**

In this dynamic role you’ll play a key part in providing project and operational support to MercyCare’s safeguarding and inclusion activities, with a strong focus on embedding inclusive practices while ensuring alignment with safeguarding standards. You’ll play a key role in bringing our values to life through the planning and delivery of meaningful events such as PrideFest and Wear It Purple Day.

You’ll identify service gaps and improvements which will be incorporated into the development and implementation of projects, inclusive practice support, staff training and collaborating across multiple teams.

**About you**

You’ll have an interest and drive to support in MercyCare’s inclusion and safeguarding practices with prior experience in developing solutions and processes for improvement across the organisation.

In addition, you will also possess:

- Cert IV in Business, Project Management or related Human Services field is highly desired
- This role is being recruited as a Section 51 position under the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA). Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong experience in data entry and management using online systems along with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to meet task deadlines, reporting and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills across a diverse range of stakeholders, both written and verbally
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
