- **Location**:Sydney CBD (Weekend Bail Court**)**- ** Employment Type**:Ongoing Part - Time- **Salary**:$75,728 to $82,329 (pro rata for part-time employees) plus applicable penalty rates, employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading.-
- **Your role**-
- The role in the Weekend Bail Court is:- 2 days per week - permanent every Saturday and Sunday. Applicable weekend penalty and public holiday penalty rates apply.-
- As part of the NSW Government’s announced reforms to strengthen the Justice system and better protect victims of domestic and family violence, changes to the operations of Bail Courts across NSW will be implemented to ensure bail decisions required across weekends are made by Magistrates.-
- As a Client Services Officer (Grade 1/2), Weekend Bail Court you will support court operations by effectively engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, anticipate and address the needs of the judiciary.- The weekend bail court hearings are held virtually via audio visual link (AVL), you will have excellent technology skills to successfully provide court officer, court monitoring and data entry support.-

- You have high ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
