**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Process Analysis Specialist is responsible for consulting with business stakeholders to identify and document business processes, analyse gaps and propose process improvements to enable the development of process optimisation strategies that support the strategic and operational goals of business process owners. The role operates in a project management environment taking a project management approach to organising own work, engaging and involving stakeholders and contributing to achievement of project objectives.
**ABOUT YOU**
You will have demonstrated experience planning and performing business process analysis assignments involving complex and unique business systems and processes to enable improvements and achieve specific project objectives. Key to your success in this role, will be your ability to demonstrate capability to map process models and knowledge of process modelling notation standards including a demonstrated understanding of the relationship between strategy and operational process enablement. You are degree qualified in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. Demonstrated capability to use enterprise-level process modelling platforms e.g. ARIS to capture policies, processes, procedures etc. is desirable.
You will be compensated for your efforts, with a base salary of $147,873 + super. You will also have access to multiple benefits and a flexible workplace environment, with a choice of work location (across our 157 campuses around NSW).
