About the role
We are looking for a Broker Administration Support to join the Elders team on a permanent full-time basis.
- As _a Broker Administration Support you will provide support to Commercial Operations Manager with the day to day operation of the business. Assist with onboarding of new brokers, provide assistance with software training and broker reporting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new brokers
- Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in monitoring and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide training and support to new brokers on company systems, policies, and procedures
- Collate and support with monthly reporting
- Contribute to the team’s business plan by increasing volumes and quality of loan submissions
- Work constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture
- Ensure solutions are cost and resource effective for the business
- Additional duties to deliver team requirements maybe required
About you
- Highly developed understanding of broker platforms and processes
- Current and/or recent background working with mortgage brokers
- Knowledge of NCCP, Australian Credit Licencing and AML/CTF
- Experience in operations or administration within the financial sector
- Demonstrated ability to connect with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Good level of computer skills
