The Waste Facility Operator position will be responsible for performing waste management facility operational tasks with a focus on customer control, plant or equipment operation and site maintenance. This includes:

- Controlling day-to-day activities at a small waste facility;
- Recycling and Diversion Operations;
- Supervision and Monitoring of Customers;
- Transfer Station Operations including pushing and loading waste into trucks;
- Site Maintenance Activities including grass and weed control and litter management.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate III in Waste Management or willingness to obtain
- Current MR Licence
- Current “DrumMUSTER” inspector competency or willingness to obtain
- Forklift Licence
