We are currently seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Labouers. This role involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring the smooth running of operations. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in sorting and disposing of waste materials, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and assisting customers with their waste disposal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sorting and disposing of various waste materials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waste facility.
  • Provide assistance to customers with waste disposal, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Perform general housekeeping and facility maintenance duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work weekends and Public Holidays if needed
  • Current Valid White card
  • Current Valid Driver's License
  • Current Valid Forklift Ticket (desired but not essential)
  • Good communication skills and customer service-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not required.
