**About the role**
- We are seeking a talented and experienced **Change and Communications Manager** to join our team and drive our stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.**What you will be doing**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications plan to effectively convey the key messages and narrative of the project;
- Build awareness through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders using targeted communications, engagement, and training programs;
- Assess the change impact on various roles within the business teams to better manage stakeholder change;
- Create and execute a change management plan based on the change impact assessment, aligning key activities with relevant project phases;
- Collaborate with internal communications and utilize online communication tools;
- Identify and assess the potential impact of changes on the organization and its stakeholders.
- Anticipate and manage resistance to change;
- Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed of changes and their expected outcomes;
- Work with stakeholders to identify and address training needs associated with changes;
- Identify and implement necessary policies and procedures to ensure a successful transition to the new state.
**What you will bring**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, or a related field;
- Proven experience in change management and communications, often requiring at least 5 years in a similar role;
- Experience with change management principles and methodologies;
- Experience in developing and executing strategic communications plans;
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms;
- Project management skills to integrate change management activities with project plans;
- Analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop appropriate strategies.
