Agent Market Coordinator

**THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for an **Agent Marketing Coordinator** to join our marketing team at Lutwyche support centre.

As an **Agent Marketing Coordinator**, you will be working with a great team of sales agents, property managers and BDM’s to ensure all marketing strategies are met.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Responsible for developing and executing agent marketing strategies across social media, google display network and google search advertising and traditional marketing across outdoor and print.
- Ensure all internal and external communications maintain brand consistency and style guidelines.
- Refine and manage Agent, BDM, Property Management marketing strategies for lead generation and conversion optimisation.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, industry, competitors, and customers, to capitalise on opportunities and deliver a competitive advantage.
- Responsible for maintaining your notifications, tasks and other projects using project management software.
- Developing and executing agent offline marketing strategies.
- Responsible for building, creating and nurturing relationships with agents and internal and external stakeholders

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Highly developed communication skills
- Experience in marketing and communications in a service-based organisation.
- Experience in influencing others to achieve shared outcomes.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering successful brand and marketing strategies to achieve the business objectives of an organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing collaboration and negotiation with staff, clients, and external agencies at a variety of levels.
- Understanding and experience of effective digital marketing.
- Experience and understanding in Meta Business, SEM, Google ad words, Canva and InDesign

**COMPETENCIES / QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Current QLD Unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Own Vehicle
- Eligibility to work full time in Australia
- Criminal History Check
